Expanding the WorldMark Presence on the West Coast
Orlando, FL (April 22, 2013) — WorldMark® by Wyndham, one of Wyndham Vacation Ownership’s four primary consumer brands, today announced the acquisition of 27 whole-ownership units and 196 fractional interests (collectively 59 whole units) at the Seventh Mountain Resort in Bend, OR from INNspired, LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Through a two-phase conversion process, the resort will be renovated into a mix of beautifully appointed one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium units. The renovations are anticipated to begin this fall and be complete in early 2014. Upon completion, the property will operate within the WorldMark, The Club portfolio. While the resort is undergoing renovations, guests can book stays through www.seventhmountain.com.
“This acquisition gives us the opportunity to expand our presence in one of the most desirable vacation destinations on the West coast,” said Geoff Richards, chief operations officer, Wyndham Vacation Ownership. “We are pleased to acquire a property that will complement the six other WorldMark resorts in Oregon and we’re confident that our owners and guests will enjoy all that the resort has to offer.”
Located in the heart of Central Oregon and nestled along the beautiful Deschutes River, the resort is the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor, a popular ski and snowboard destination, as well as downtown Bend, known as the “outdoor playground of the West.”

The Seventh Mountain Resort will be WorldMark’s seventh resort in Oregon, joining WorldMark Depoe Bay, WorldMark Eagle Crest, WorldMark Gleneden, WorldMark Running Y, WorldMark Schooner Landing, andWorldMark Seaside.
